eola is an online platform which lets users search, compare, and book activity experiences. The website is operated by eola LTD a registered UK company, company number 10810774. Our registered address is 92 Chapel Market, London, N1 9EX. Please note, this is not a physical premise where users can visit.

The website and services offered therein are made available to you as a customer or vendor, on the condition that you accept the terms and conditions set forth below. By using the website, you agree to be bound by the following in their entirety. Any time revisions are made to this agreement, the versioning and time of update will be noted at the top of this page.

To ensure you are fully accepting of the terms & conditions, we recommend regularly checking this page to ensure you are aware of any changes. You continued use of this website after any changes is taken as complete agreement of the alterations.

Website services

eola is not itself an activity provider, and so all activities offered on eola the website are provided by 3rd party suppliers. While we strive to ensure all activities offered are of the highest caliber, we are unable to guarantee the quality of the experience or service provided by entities using our platform.

Since none of the experiences are owned by eola, you agree that eola is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided from these third party suppliers which is displayed on the website

If you book a reservation for an activity through the Website, you agree to review and be bound by the terms and conditions and any other specific requirements and policies of the supplier related to the experience.

Your interactions with third-party suppliers are at your own risk. eola will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with third-party suppliers.

Privacy policy

eola believes wholeheartedly in protecting your policy. Our current privacy policy is laid out out on the Privacy policy page.

Reservations and cancellations

Some services on eola will enable a user to book directly through the eola platform. In instances where this is possible, payment will be taken immediately. At the time of payment, you are placing a recommendation, which will be confirmed within 24 hours of purchase. If we are unable to confirm the reservation per your requirements, you are entitled to a complete refund, and will be refunded within 5 business days, pending confirmation.

We strive to ensure that you receive your first choice school on initial reservations, but in some instances, we may offer you an alternative reservation for a nearby location, if the first choice is unavailable. In instances where the new school is more expensive, you will not be liable for further costs. However, in instances where it is cheaper, we will refund you the difference within 5 business days.

Confirmation of your reservations results in the formation of a contract between you and the third party supplier of the activity.

For bookings of up to £200, you will have the right to cancel a booking up until 2 business days in advance of the scheduled activity date. Up until then, there will be no cancellation fees, and you will receive a complete refund. For bookings over £200 for a given date, cancellations will be guaranteed up until 5 business days in advance of the scheduled activity date. Thereafter, cancellations can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

eola cannot guarantee any request for cancellation after the above stated times, and will not refund customers if the request is made on the day of, or after the activity is scheduled.
